One-on-one, confidential counseling for those who need emotional support and guidance due to depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, loneliness, work-place socialization issues, etc.

Counseling with the adult in need, along with family members, caregivers, guardians and other people who play an integral role in the life of the individual with special needs. 

Caregiver Counseling

One-on-one, confidential counseling is available for caregivers who need emotional support and strategies to tackle caregiver fatigue, stress, isolation, grief, sadness, and more.
